Is the clothing listed in good condition?
Each piece is industrially cleaned before being sent out. However items may show some signs of wash and wear due to age but anything visible such as large stains or holes will be noted in bold highlight on the product description or shown in the product photos.
Will it fit me?
We recommend referring to the product images and the sizing specifications in the descriptions provided to gauge product fit rather than the listed tag sizes, as sizing can vary between brands, regions and eras.
Can I cancel or change my order I’ve just placed?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or change your order once it has been place. If you have put the wrong shipping information, send us an email or DM us on Instagram ASAP with your order # and correct details. Please note that once your item has been sent, we will not be responsible for your parcel if the incorrect address was provided.
I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?
Pricing on the website is subject to change without notice. Orders placed before promotions are not eligible to receive new promotions or discounts. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorised, altered, or ineligible use of the offer, and to modify or cancel any promotion due unforeseen issues.
Why is a coupon code not working?
Coupon codes will not apply to sale items. Coupon codes have expiration dates. Welcome codes are one time use per customer only.
I forgot to add a coupon code to my order while checking out, can I add this discount to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, coupon codes can't be added retrospectively. In order to receive the discount, coupon codes need to be added when prompted during the checkout process.
